I'm Mark Reyer; a 25 year veteran of Information Technology.

My expertise is primarily as a data center manager and consultant. I've also managed IT service businesses including; hosting, help desk services, and desktop, server, network support.  Much of my experience is as a data center outsourcer and consulting manager for IBM.  There I transformed and consolidated data centers into operational utilities with improved quality and lower costs.  I've been recognized for having achieved high customer satisfaction and high employee morale. I've been involved in many technical and operational transformations in IT and have led many projects for consolidation and standardization.  More recently I've been involved in data center and desktop virtualization projects. I'm active in the Open Source community and have implemented several FOSS packages including network management, help desk, and small ERPs.  My management experience includes data centers as large as 180 people and $165 million in budget.
